As a dress watch ... I’d go OP41. It just looks the part more than the other two IMHO

For me explorer then OP. I feel like the milgauss has to really call to you.

I love the Explorer but went with the white Milgauss. It dresses up or down very nicely.
I never really considered the OP only because the other two sang to me very loudly. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Personally, none of the above. I would go with a 36mm Oyster Perpetual. A Rolex classic.
The OP41 is too big in my opinion for the style of watch it is. I’m not one to follow trends, and I feel the OP 41 is trendy. Bigger is not necessarily better in the watch world. Stick with minimalist, classic pieces. |

Since you specifically said a dress watch;
OP Silver or black would be the best choice that reaches the subtle/understated but classy look. The other colors may be a little more flashy than you are shooting for. Depends on how you dress. Milgauss black dial would be great if your wrist size can support it. It's thicker and has more presence. Depending on your wrist size, this may be more attention grabbing than you are looking for. If you can pull it off then it will work well. That said, I have a new OP and that 80hr reserve is much more convenient than I thought it would be. Explorer I is great and I do love it, since you asked for dress watch specifically, then I'd skip this one. If the idea of wearing it for more than dress occasions appeals to you, then come back to this one as the #1 suggestion |

The Explorer would be the choice for me of the three, but your looking for a dress watch, specifically, which would lead to the OP. I wear my Explorer 36mm as a dress, not formal, watch.

I think you can do a Explorer 1 on a leather strap and have best of both worlds. I am going through straps right now to see which looks best on the watch.

Same as the 2nd poster.
Explorer kinda old and bland. Green dial Milgauss is badass collection piece but not dressy, not particularly comfortable, outdated. More of a novelty. Bought the Silver dial OP41. It’s got everything and least expensive. Looks super classy in all situations very modern too. Best Rolex in their current collection by a long shot. |

Z blue is outdated, chunky and blingy.... it is my favourite and funky watch.
I voted for Z blue with my wallet already. Sent from my SM-N935F using Tapatalk |
