GMT candy in my local Perth dealer

I stopped by my friend's store today, Swiss Watch Box in Perth, and he had a suite of GMT Masters just ready for display. I couldn't resist and took the opportunity to try (almost) each one of them.

The ceramic Pepsi & Batman were spoken for already even before they the window display but I have to say the ceramic Pepsi & Batgirl looked a little too rich for my tastes (i.e. the Jubilee), and these days I have grown a liking towards the more vintage watches, so I was more drawn toward pre-ceramic Pepsi. However I would have wished it were a Master II/16710.

All the watches including the preC Pepsi were in immaculate condition. It didn't look polished but if it were, it was very lightly so.

Nice line-up and all but that has to be inside some backroom of the store, right?

It's a small quaint shop, not much of a backroom if any :D. Perth isn't a large city so to have a range of GMTs altogether at once in one shop is very rare.

Unlike Tokyo, where I lived for ~20 years, shops there had pretty much everything anytime of the day.

The preC Pepsi is still taunting me.

Nice watches. Figure out how to get the Pepsi you want. It will not become any less expensive or rare.

The PreC Pepsi will never stop taunting. It is relentless. I finally gave in.

Those all look lovely!

The pre-ceramic pepsi is also nice because you can switch out the bezels (to black and coke) and also the bracelet (to jubilee). Tough to beat.

All nice, with the 16710 being the best of the bunch.

It’s a GMT Master rather than GMT Master II, so I think it’s a 16700.

The store is down a little walking laneway, small but well stocked with a variety of lovely watches.
