Apparently there is no wire lug carbotech...
Maybe next year.
Carbotech is a pretty cool material, well done Panerai.

These Carbotechs look amazing? How well do they hold their value? They seem to resonate with a particular niche.

Panerai and holding value doesn’t really go hand in hand, so to say. And that’s the case for +99% of luxury products. IMHO, buy what you like (and can afford), and stop worrying about holding/increase in value, etc.

Cheers,
Joe

Panerai hold value pretty well once they hit their used prices. If you buy used and pay the going rate, you're not in bad shape.

Very similar feeling. However, the resin on the Casio does get beat up over time. The new 1661 might be a winner...but $12,800? Seems high. On another note, I held the submersible carbotech...the bezel clicks feel cheap to me compared to the Rolex. Just my two cents. And I really like Panerai Luminors...owned a 26B PVD. Sold it b/c it scratched so easy and shiny chrome was exposed...made me ill.
