Please this office don't have much time for this issue for now. As you can see, we are very busy based on the mandate given to us by the present Government to arrest most of this hoodlums who have engaged themselves in scamming foreigners. be kind enough to reach us with all your contact details , you are also advised to send down your office address, your phone number and the list of amount you have spent to this internet scammer’s here in Africa so far, first thing tomorrow morning we will lead them to court and from the court they will be sent to jail and court will reverse back all your money you have lost in the past including the recovered money/cars properties. The morons couldn't even come up with an official looking police email address.

This scammers keep seeking for ways to get the vulnerable persons and cheat them of their money.

I wish there was a specific set of rules to identify them.

I get a call on my cell this morning from Nacogdoches, Texas this morning and they leave me a robot message about my SSN needing verification. To think some poor folks actually fall for these scams.

There was a guy who ran an electronics business in the US who got so sick of the attempted scams that he started "Scambaiter" and scammed them back. The website seems to be gone now, which is a shame, it was hilarious.

His usual trick was to send them "laptops" (that they paid for with false wires of course) with shipping paid at the scammers end. He sent one guy an old washing machine and was able and to keep the guy on the hook long enough to send him a matching drier. You can imagine the DHL charges the scammers paid to pick them up.
