Incoming GMT Master II

I finally got myself my first Rolex - a 2019 GMT Master II BLRO. I have been thinking so long and hard about this one as I was also super interested in the Hulk. However, as a first Rolex I feel that the BLRO is the better daily wearer for me especially since I am wearing it with a suit.

Since it is from 2019 and judging by the colour, I am certainly sure it is a MK2. Let me know what you guys think:)

Congrats, that’s sharp. Good choice for a daily wear over the Hulk.

I had to buy in the grey market for a premium. But it was worth it considering that I will keep it for the rest of my life :)

Congrats! I want one of these so badly, but the premium needs to come down a bit before I make the move.

Traditionally, according to etiquette rules, it is usually considered bad form to ask someone how much they paid for a personal item. If the person offers that information on their own, that’s fine, but outright asking is generally avoided.

In today’s online world, where pretty much “ anything goes” regarding written interactions, this rule has probably been lost to most people.

I’m not judging you or your question, just respectfully answering it.

Michael

Typical grey marke price for an unworn piece: ~ 85-90% premium

Great acquisition. Wear it in good health. What you paid isn't important as long as you're happy.

It is a mk 2. I’ve seen both versions and the wg version. Color preference is entirely up to you.
