Hi Victor - I vote for the TOG. I had a black dial 116264 TOG..just like the one you have pictured but w/ black dial and loved it. (I traded it for a birth year 1675 GMT that just happened to pop up FS on here, otherwise i would still have it. )

Great watch that was just a bit different than the usual/more popular DJ. I liked the fact it was a bit different and added a bit more functionality with the white gold rotatable bezel. The all red date wheel was really cool as well.

Just my 2 cents worth....and we all know you can't go wrong with either.

Definitely keep us posted on what way you go...Best, Greg

Yea, it's WG, and you are correct, the TOG is a bit more MSRP than a "regular" DJ. The hour markers on the dial are not WG however. I had a rep in a AD tell me they were, but came to find out that was incorrect. Go figure....

The WG looks just a bit different than the stainless and is a cool subtle contrast.

Hi Victor .... I voted for the SS TOG because I like the option of keeping track of elapsed minutes with the rotating bezel. Also, I love the red second hand.

Hello Victor!! TOG is a firm point in my wish list, and look forward to buy one with white face like you show.
The red second hand, and red days showing in the window, make for a most interesting combination.
I love this watch, and would prefer over the regular DJ.
But I also feel that this is a most personal decision to make, and this depends on your taste in the first place.
Hope youŽll showing soon your latest purchase!
Best cordial regards, Abel

Victor- Hands down get the TOG. I own a 1991 TT Thunderbird (noe known as TOG) and she is still unique looking today as she did when I first bought her.

TOG by far the best and now out of production so could be an appreciating asset.

I'd also vote for the TOG, but that was 2.5 years ago and this is TRF -- so the OP has probably bought one, flipped it, regretted it, and re-purchased it by now!

Victor, did you end up going with one of these?

I agree. Don't go with the TOG. My preference between the two would be the DJII (especially blue stick dial).
