15400ST on a smaller wrist

So, I'm still on the hunt for a 15300 from a trusted TRF seller but no luck yet. There are plenty of 15400s available and they are usually priced lower so I'm considering going with one of those but I'm concerned with how it would fit my smallish 6.5" wrist. I don't have any access to AP near me so I'm unable to try them on.

If you have a wrist smaller than 7" and own a 15400, I would love to see some wrist shots and your opinion about how it fits you. Thanks!

Here you go. 6.75" wrist. Although I think a 39mm Jumbo will be a more elegant fit. Still love my 15400 though.

Theres also the 37mm 15450 which wears like a 39mm if you don't have flat wrists.

It'll be fine. I have the same wrist and 15400 fits perfect

I also have owned 44MM ROOs before as well without issues.

I was in your shoes last year, waited a long time before I could allocate a 15300. But after trying the 15400 at the AD I knew for sure I could never pull it off. If one lug goes over your wrist bone, the watch is too big IMO. I actually felt the ROO was a better fit than 15400 and it was something I didn't consider before because I thought they would be too big but they wear smaller.

depends on the shape of your wrist- if its flat on top you may be able to pull it off

I have a 6.5-6.75 inch wrist and bought the 15300 instead
But I had the opportunity to wear my friends Diver and it was way too big for me to pull off
Royal Oaks wear bigger than their case sizing suggests?

6.75" flat wrist here. I love the way the 15400 fits…it is very comfortable.

I have a 6.5" wrist and also struggled with this decision when I picked up by RO less than two weeks ago. I ended up trying on the 15450, 15202, and 15400. I would be curious to try the 15300, but that wasn't an option at the AD. The 15450 was too small IMHO. I loved the form factor of the 15202 - I think the 39mm works perfectly with the extra thin case. However, I ended up landing on the 15400 for many reasons (price being a major one - the only 15202 in stock was RG). I also don't plan on making this my daily wearer, so I wanted something that felt a bit more substantial. I would say that it doesn't feel "too" large, however - it still manages to fit under my sleeve cuffs.

go for jumbo. nobody care of your wrist, the most important if what watch do u like and wear it.

It will probably big a little too big. The lug(s) will go over your wrist.

Great pics guys! I figure the lugs might hang over a little. Kind of similar to my Pam 111. The Pam is big and I feel that it fits fine. Just not sure how it would be with a 15400.

Not quite the same thing as Panerai straps can wrap around pretty much any wrist but the RO bracelet isn't as well articulated (particularly around the lug). Keep searching for a 15300. One will turn up eventually.

+1 for me. I have a 6.5-6.75" wrist. I've tried on a 15400, 15202, and one of the 39mm ROC's as well as a ROO. The 39mm ROC was the best fit, 15202 was wonderful as well, and I found that while the 15400 had only a hint of overhang, I couldn't pull it off as well as I'd have liked. If I do get a RO in the future, it will be with a 39mm case. To my eye, a watch with a little overhang can be pulled off if it's a chunkier sporty watch, but is more difficult with a thinner watch, especially one with the unique case and lugs of the Royal Oak.

No experience with 15300 or 15400, but I purchased both 15202 and 15450. 6.5 inch wrist around, flat top. FWIW, the 450 wore larger because of it's thickness even though the diameter was smaller than the other. Sold the 450, kept the 202.

my flat 6" wrist with offshore diver. the standard length rubber strap sits too loose on my tiny wrist....

I also think it depends on what dial color you want. The black dial definitely appears a bit smaller on the wrist than the silver dial.
