I'm the of the opposite opinion.

I love my Mk II because the font is not as bunch up as on the Mk I.
Also the "S" is the same font throughout so it looks uniform and the font is thinner so it lends to an open/more readable look.

I never could like the variation in the font of the "S" on the Mk I.

I am on the list for the JC as it's likely to be the only variant which will never change and I just love it the way it is. It's absolutely stunning in the flesh, and the way they've grouped the DEEPSEA at the bottom with the SEA-DWELLER doesn't show the font variation as much.
