Anyone know when the next price increase is?

Hi,
I did a search on here and it looks like most people think the price increase is either in Feb. or March, does anyone know for sure? TIA

Wow, you've been here almost as long as I have... Glad you decided to post, there are enough lurkers on the site.

So if you are concerned about the "price increase" I would assume you are close to "pulling the trigger." I'd suggest buying off the forum, there are some great deals here.

Again... Tell us about yourself

Thanks!
I bought my first Rolex in Oct. 2007, a Lady Datejust with MOP Diamond Dial in Stainless & White Gold. I was debating between the all white and two-tone and went with the all white after the AD convinced me that it was more age appropriate for a 25 yr old....
Fast forward to this winter....I sold my Rolex a few weeks ago in order to buy the same model in the two tone version. I haven't been able to get to the AD but I just want to get my new watch before the next price increase! When I last went to the AD at the end of Oct. the watch was $10800 and the all white version that I sold was $9650, having increased $1000 from $8650 in Oct. 2007!

Out of all the Rolex out there, this is the one you have to have? For you?

Some AD's do try to steer their customers.

If you had bought the two tone in Oct 2007 would you still be wearing it? Or would you be trading for a white one?

There are more girls wearing men's sports watches now... They look hot!!!

Have you thought of a Daytona? A Stainless 116520 is in about the same price range and will gain value after our economic crisis has passed.

BUT, I will not try to steer you... Tia get what YOU want

Best of luck on your new Rolex and thanks for joining TRF

British potential Rolex buyers seem like they will suffer the most this year because of the GBP problems. Maybe it would be wise for Rolex to freeze price increases for this year. Afterall they seem to be fully aware of the crisis and the potential financial damage this crisis will cause them this year. A price increase would only cause further problems to them afterall. Just my opinion.

My advice would be to keep that Lady DJ with mop and Diamonds dial - the SS WG is just so beautiful!

And save for a new watch, eg a Lady or Mid DJ ( or just Oyster ) in WG with President bracelet ...
