Does Rolex make an 18ct tang buckle that will work on rubber B or Everest?

I'm thinking about the 116618lb and would like options for occasions that I would like to dress it down a bit. I also know that both companies make straps that use the OEM clasp but I would rather have the tang type buckle unless Rolex would sell me an extra 18k clasp which I have spent some time researching and it seems like a rather difficult and expensive proposition.
