This.

If they really cared, they would have some kind of Flippers Anonymous or other kind of support group...

Absofreakinglutely they are more arrogant than a 4' 11" neurosurgeon, with all due respect to the neurosurgeons who are down to earth.

I was told by the head of RSC in NYC that she was extremely smart when I tried to explain to her that they could not send my watch service records to an address that no longer existed for they have demolished the Mall where my jeweler who sent my watch for service was originally located. But they send them there anyways ...go figure how smart she was!!!

I would go out on a limb and say that not one person at Rolex with a title even knows about TRF and if they do, they could care less what they think.

With the amount of one word answers in this forum, I doubt if anyone could work out what they think.

I understand that Rolex is a business and apparently is more concerned about first and one time Rolex buyers instead of it's Rolex community. Perhaps I'm the only one that feels this way?
Wah...

Maybe they really only care about some of us
