1972 Rolex Daytona Bracelet

I am currently searching for a 1972 Rolex Daytona bracelet (6263) and have come across some Ebay postings on a few of them. i am on reluctant on purchasing one as i cannot tell the difference between a real and fake. Any suggestions on some tell tale sign on what to look for specifically?

The period correct bracelet for your Daytona would be a folded link 7835/271 or 7835/371. Approximate cost for either is around $2,500-$3,000.

A more modern alternative would be a 78350/571. These cost approximately $1,000. If you're unsure of authenticity feel free to post here or PM me directly for a second opinion.
