My 11yr old gets his first real watch...Pepsi!

Following his dads footsteps, not sure if it’s good or bad, he gets his first real watch. Not a kids swatch as he has a couple, but his own cool looking Pepsi. He loves it and wears it with pride. It’s so cute, he is careful with it to the point that when he eats, he removes it!

It’s a tad big, but he doesn’t complain. The funniest thing was when he got it, he told me to store the box and papers!

That’s amazing.

And good for you. It’s karma dude. Coming back to you. Enjoy the moment. It’s a special thing to share a passion with your son.

So cool. I’m going to get my son a Rolex for his graduation gift. I don’t know why, but he wants a DJ. Not a GMTer like me I guess.
Rock on little man, looks good on your wrist.
How about a farther son wrist shot.

That’s awesome nick! May he enjoy it for years to come

I still have a Swiss army watch my mother gave me when I was in 3rd grade. That’s where this whole hobby started for me.

You know Danny, I am so impressed with the quality of this watch. I am starting to get all the fuss with the Seiko brand. Very impressive.

Very cool and IMOH the best brand of watch to introduce folks to the joys of mechanical timepieces. My friend gave his 13 year old a Seiko SKX for his 13th birthday and the kid was ecstatic when I noticed and mentioned it. He just turned 15 and has now added another piece to his collection.

A huge congrats to your son. That's great. I love reading how careful he is with it. It shows a real love for it. I remember possessions I had as a kid where I did the exact same thing. They were all well loved and I still have them to this day.
