Opinions on 1803 Day Date gold dial

Hi guys

I am new to the forum and need some opinion from experienced folks.
I got this day date 1803 some time ago and since I got it I am trying to learn something about this particular dial. Has anyone ever come across this brushed gold dial? I have seen many sun burst and linen gold dials but never dial like this one.
The watch is from 1966 and it originally came on a leather strap. It was sold in Japan and I got it as a full set with box, papers, hang tags etc.

Thanks!

Thank you Verdi! You are right this piece is in almost NOS condition after 53 years and I love it. It was for sale but I am happy that I managed to keep it

Beautiful watch. These dials seem to catch the light in so many ways, and often look like different dials. Case is gorgeous. Just bought a similar age black dial also with great case.
