To be honest, the only thing amiss with the CHNR (to me at least) is the dial color could have been a beautiful rich brown/bronze metallic.

The price? Not really a problem for a true Rolex collector.

I think Rolex did the black dial to give all the GMT family a common denominator. The solid rose gold one could have a brown face to make it different from its SS siblings.

Meteorite dial would have never seen the light of day if that was the reason.

The bezel is everrose. If I am right they use some copper to make it red. lol is not even full gold.

Don’t know what “full gold” means...

It is solid 18K gold as all gold and TT Rolex models use...

Of course it has alloys in it that are different from Yellow Gold or White Gold.
