Vulcan Straps for Rolex
Just completed a review of the Vulcan strap I have for my submariner on my YouTube channel. It’s been a great strap, check it out.

As a long duration Rolex tool watch owner and military diver, I tend to be
a hard reviewer of accessories like straps or bands. Its always design and execution. If you like any type of rubber strap-this one would work. Unfortunately, the watch security factor was not incorporated into the design. Only the NATO-style top level nylon straps protect the watch in the unlikely event that a spring bar releases or is knocked free. A portion of the strap attaches to BOTH spring bars-safeguarding the watch if one bar is lost. Even the original SS bracelets fail in this regard. So for extreme conditions like professional diving, a NATO heavy-duty strap or the original bracelet is best. |
