If You Could Have Only One: SUB Vs GMT
Quick poll just for fun, guys. Sub and GMT are dominant in the sports Rolex lineup, so if you could have only one, which would you choose and why? Thanks for voting. Cheers.

It’s so tough. They are both basically perfect watches. All around versatility Sub takes it.

Great poll! I have a 114060, leaving it open for me to get the gmt. In waiting list for Batman. Love them both, but if I had to pick just one the sub, just like the bezel better. I don’t travel outside my timezone often, if I did would change my choice.

Glad I don't have to decide
I did vote Submariner though... that's where my heart is, and what drew me into the brand Sent from my SM-G960W using Tapatalk |

Now, it's not even even comparison. If only 1 watch, no way I'd keep only GMT on Jubilee!

Used to be Sub early in my collecting days. Now, GMT without a doubt.

Sub. It’s more versatile.

Submariners.
GMTs are nice but I have no use for them right now. I just don't travel enough anymore, and when I do, it's up and down the east coast of the the USA, so I'm almost always in EST. |

Tough call. I prefer the mix of the two, Explorer II.
If I had to chose, GMT. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I voted Sub. I have a SubC date and a Batman. Love them both, but Sub is the better only-one option

It’s a tough choice.
I’d choose a BLRO over a Sub. |

I used to think GMT was for me.
But then, I noticed the only thing I liked was the Pepsi aura. Objectively, to me, the sub is the better one. |

Great references. I plan to add a Sub to my collection at some point and still deciding between a traditional Sub or SeaDweller. |

I own a LVC and BLRO, before I got the BLRO I would have said Sub for sure. Now that I have both I would go GMT. More interesting to look at IMO.

It depends on which era, to me I would be happy with either 116610LV or 1675 Pepsi.

Tough question. I voted GMT but I am personally split 50/50 between both.
For those of you who have both, how much wrist time do they get? Do you use one as a daily beater and the other one for special occasions? Or is it 50/50 wrist time? |

functionality - sub, but the line up on the GMT side is more stacked imo so I would say GMT

Submariner.
Have had the BLNR, and the Sub wins. Glide lock, and a less busy bezel for me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
