Need Help Identifying Vintage Rolex

Hey guys,
This watch was passed down to me recently from my mother on behalf of my grandma. I have been doing some research on this watch but have come up empty. I've never owned a Rolex watch and am completely clueless as to what year/model this is and if it is even a real Rolex. I'm inclined/hopeful to think it is as my grandmother and grandfather did have quite a bit of money back in the day, however I would love to know from you guys as to if it's real and what it could potentially be worth. As far as how old it is, I have no clue except to that it was given to my mom 20-30 years ago. Thanks in advance and I apologize for the sideways photos.

60's/70's ladies cocktail watch.

Nice heirloom. The value in it is mostly that of being in your family for a few generations. Should be hallmarked and is likely solid gold bracelet and case.

You should look inside and ensure that it is indeed Rolex powered. Not a big market for them but they could go at auction for 1-2 grand.

My wife frequently wears a vintage White Gold Movado mechanical cocktail watch passed down from her grandmother from that era.

From the look of the crown, lack of rolex crown on the clasp, and swiss marking on the dial, I'd bet it's fake, could you take some pictures off the back?
