I keep hearing price increase, price increase. What is the theoretical limit for Rolex at any counter ?

I was actually able to order a PM piece today and asked my AD about this. They said they are still able to order one and they ordered one yesterday without any problem.

I am not but I would love an intro to that AD. Possible?

I’ve been told since Oct/Nov no special order PM sports watch orders can be placed. This doesn’t include the ADs stock order or what they’re allocated by Rolex. This was again confirmed to me when I wanted to order a full rootbeer in early Feb. I threatened to buy from another AD and their story didn’t change. I see no zero for the ADs to make this up. Fortunately, the full rootbeer is typically a stocking watch for most ADs so hope to get it that way

I’m not saying I believe this but it’s the first I’ve heard of it. Also, I can’t see how a 6 month hold would do anything but make demand increase.

If this person at the AD had common sense, he wouldn't work there...

My guess is increase production on SS to meet demand as PM as not as high demand? Works to satisfy SS clients and build demand for PM clients

All PM are allocation now which means they cannot be special ordered.

My AD has two YG DD's in their display case...one with a really nice MOP dial (which I haven't seen before). Not sure what they have in the back
