Increasing the size of your wrist

Serious question - anyone increased the size of their wrist ?

Noticed my SD feeling a bit looser of late but decided to switch to my Omega SMP tomorrow which I hadn’t wore for a while but it was really loose to the point of not being wearable (no micro adjustment due to age). It always was just a touch loose but no were near as bad as now

Was having a look at something like this but just wondering if that’s going to work more for the forearm rather than the wrist. I’d rather go down the route of trying to increase wrist size if possible rather than getting everything knocked back a notch

Ben and Jerry's can help too.

Issue with those exercises is you need to do them regularly. It's a lot easier to down some Cherry Garcia.

Excellent point! You must pace yourself. Also, proper nutrition is key.

Your wrist is a joint where some muscles are attached to. But unlike your biceps and triceps- where you can train them. No actual muscle is present in your wrist. It’s pretty tough for your wrists to grow in size.
And for that advice I will not charge $$$$€€€€€£££££¥¥¥¥¥

If you break your wrist it will likely swell and may not completely go back to normal, especially if you don't get it set properly. It may take several times.

You're welcome.

Wrist exercises will take years to increase your wrist size. Fast food will do it a lot faster.

Going to give you a medical answer. First, the layers to consider of the wrist: skin and subcutaneous tissue, muscle, bone.

The wrist as an anatomical area does not have any major muscles there, just some very small ones. There are some bulky muscles of the forearm that cross the wrist (they control your hands/fingers), but they are quite thin/mostly tendon by the time they get near the wrist, so exercising these won’t do much in terms of watch wrist size. Forearm exercise can increase your overall forearm though to make it look like you have a bigger wrist, if that’s what you’re asking? But bone structure will not change, which is mostly what determines your adult base wrist size/shape.

By far, the biggest contributor to wrist size, and the source of variability for an individual person, is the only structure that does cross the wrist and you can train it to be bigger or smaller: fat.

But then it would also have to be the correct wrist, no?

I find that if I gain or lose weight, the first place I notice it is in my wrists.
