Help with identification

Hi guys, I've tried all over the web and have come to the end of my search and thought I'd see if anyone else could help. I've came close, but can't find an exact match.

Do any of you have an idea of what this is?

Looks like 50's - 60's ladies cocktail watch.

I've a feeling it was bought circa 1942 - closes in look I found was 1924 but it's just not quite the exact....

Thanks for the input though very much appreciated
