Jason Bateman (Vintage Daytona)

I stumbled across an interview with Jason Bateman this morning and he appears to be wearing a vintage Daytona. I snapped a pic of the tv screen, so the quality is that of a monkey with a Polaroid. It seemed like a much cooler idea at the time but since I took the pic I figured "what the hay". 👍

It could be a Tudor chrono also, or even a WG Daytona with a panda dial. Thanks for sharing

Yeah, looks a little big to be a vintage daytona.

I don't think Tudor with this subdial configuration Jason.

I think the question is answered in this interview unless he has more than one. First question.

'79 Daytona. Even better. . the resources he put into it including the Sea Dweller. Also interesting that Bloom is into vintage Rolex. Wonder if either ever stop in.

Funny in that interview he acts like he's poor compared to Orlando Bloom and John Mayer. They may make more money than him, but I'm sure he's doing well enough to buy a second watch!

Very cool! 👍

I also noticed he was wearing this piece in a movie he did called "Disconnect". Nice to see he gets plenty of use out of it!

He wore that watch in the movie "Juno."
I remember stifling a jealous groan when I saw it in the theatre.

This video is nearly a year old now so most have probably seen it but if you haven't, here's John Mayer on an episode of 'Talking Watches':

As the Jason Bateman states, I've also heard Orlando Bloom is an avid watch enthusiast so would be great to see him interviewed on a future episode...

Throughout the movie, The Switch, Jason Bateman wears a Pepsi; then, in the movie credits, there's a separate line that reads, "Rolex watches provided by Tarrytown Jewelers" (a Hartsdale, NY dealer).

I think it was a Coke version, in "The Switch":

I remember seeing him in a movie sporting a Pepsi Rolex GMT, wonder if it was his personal?
