Tudor experts...thoughts on this 7928 please
Hello found this locally. I'm not a Tudor guy but it doesn't look right to me. It's a 35xxxx serial.
Is it a service dial or just refinished/fake? I can't find it but know it's not correct for age. Hands and insert look off. What do you make of "7928" inscription? I haven't seen the movement, but the watchmaker who just serviced it said it's good. I don't know if he'd be able to make a correct judgment on the dial/hands etc. Thanks for looking. I have seen these all over North America. It's pretty sad. Deal on the Texas BBQ. Montreal has non existent smokers!
