Rolex 16750 black arrow 24hr hand

Hello everyone

I just stumbled over a Rolex 16750 which has a GMT/24hr hand that features a black arrow from what seems to be a trustworthy seller. However, i never heard of anything alike and haven't found any information pointing in a direction stating this is something ordinary...

I wonder what you guys have to say about that.

The lume has fallen out of the 24hr hand that is all.

Looks a a little darker than the dial but would need better photos.

The elusive, black 24-hour hand. It's very hard to find original ones these days!!! I wonder if he is asking a premium for it?

The "no date" dial is very nice.

Ohh wow ... so there is such a thing. It's filled with black paint instead of lume ... any idea why the factory did this & was it only on the 16750 ?

You'll find them on several models going back to the gilt era. Good luck finding one.

Thanks for the answers and no, the seller isn't asking premium for it. So, this is something special and nothing to worry about. :)

Good grief. It’s NOT something special, because it’s not black. As stated in the description (you gotta read the entire thing, folks!) it states that the lume fell out of the GMT hand.

Fine for me, definitely overlooked that, sorry...however it looks nice imo, just wanted to make sure it's nothing to worry about...what is your opinion regarding the condition and the price-quality ratio?

No sorries necessary, man! Just a good rule of thumb to go over any listing with a fine-toothed comb. Especially for these prices.
And speaking of prices, as far as the condition and price-quality ratio, I’m sure Springer can answer that with some better perspective.

There is a lot of creepy crap in EBay descriptions, you should read the description 5 times line by line, then shipping terms, return policy along with the feedback for all the selling transactions you can find.

Especially read the negative marks. They could be something stupid or legit cause for concern.
