What color are you looking for? I was just on the bay and I see a ton of real dials.

Not too bothered about colour, moreso originality and non refinished. The dial I have now is fine but told its been refinished which bugs me a bit. Does it look refinished to you?

IMO your dial doesnt look too bad. If it has been redone then it was a really good job. Who said its a redial? The printing quality back then was a fraction of what it is now. Back then, a Rolex was a tool watch instead of a piece of jewelry that a Rolex is today.

It looks fine to me. What year is the watch it came from? Do the hands match the baton style of the hands? I’d expect pencil or baton style.

Who told you it was refinished? Are they qualified to pass judgement? Did they assess it IRL or just photos? If it was a watchmaker, do they specialize in Vintage Rolex? Or was it just some guy on a forum?
