Sweet platty ......nice review. Always enjoy reading your reviews, each one of them is special, partly because there is so much passion involved.

Thanks JJ for that wonderful review. I just now read the review today. Been away from the internet a while. I recently got married. Anyways, your review makes me appreciate my platty even more so. From one platty owner to another, cheers!

Great review. I am now eyeing the YM in a different light. Wasn’t one of my favourites but that watch is just stunning. Lume is my favourite shot!!

As usual, great review JJ!

I became a TRF addict 1 week after purchasing my YM TT White Dial. It was my "last" Rolex until I read about you getting your Platty. Hmmm... Thanks for being a great enabler!

Wow..

Thanks for taking the time and being so thorough with the details and pics. That gives me pointers on how my reviews should be laid out with pics and details.

I gotta be careful hanging around here though! Reading these reviews is how I ended up with my GMT IIC and my Air-King!

I will say that I've always liked the YM from the second I first saw it....Can't say I do much yachting though!

I'm holding out and seeing if they're going to upgrade the bracelet to a GMT IIC style (expandable mini-link, solid spring loaded clasp, etc...) which is something I would like to see before I pull the trigger.

Cheers and thanks JJ,

--Paul

I like the pics. How do you get your lumes to light up when the room is lit?
