Hey all! After years of wearing Subs and GMT's, I've finally found my perfect Rolex: The SD43. As much as I loved all my Rolexes, I always had in the back of my mind that I wish they were a touch larger for my 7.5" wrists. I tried on an SD43 a month back, called my AD two week later just to see if I could get lucky and wouldn't you know. The balance, size, fit, and finish of this thing is absolutely perfect. Usually my wife is asking me where my new watch is by day three, but I've worn this thing for the past few weeks.

SD50 Owner - Can I join?

The SD50 is the best Rolex ever made in my opinion. I have owned Seadwellers, GMT's, a DSSD and Subs since the early 1980's. Overall the Seadweller line has always been my favorite. I currently own the SD50 and a GMT BLRO and love them both.

New owner here. Looking to get some new shots. This was the day I picked up. Happy to be apart of this club as the proportions are really ideal.

Figured I’d ask the pros. This one is high on my list. For those of you who have a Sub. Too much overlap? I try to keep my “collection” to 6 or 7, so I’m wondering if it is too similar. But mine is a no date, so I’m thinking it’s different enough

I have a 114060 and while it’s such a classic, the overall wrist presence of the sea dweller is much more pronounced. The matte dial and red text really stand out when in natural lighting too which is a nice feature. The bracelet is more streamlined and flows with the case nicely. I’d say add it if it’s something you want. Different feel when compared to a sub. Finally, the fact that you also have a no date is perfect, they are very different watches. The cyclops adds a different element/look to your dive watches. Happy hunting!
