New Zenith

Picked up my new Zenith El Primero this afternoon...

Chuffed to bits with it

I could have bought from a grey, in Germany, and saved a few quid, but I’d much rather support a local shop if possible, so I got a nice deal from a local AD, that included the genuine croc strap, and the lovely Zenith deployant, so that was it..

The centre panel of the box doubles as a small carry case which is a nice touch.

The watch itself, has exceeded my expectations, I think it’s going to look fantastic on the bracelet or the strap, so I’m looking forward to giving this lots of wearing

The 38mm size is just right for my wrist

Then finally a shot of the famous el Primero

Going to wear it on the croc strap for now... the clasp is a work of art.

Nice but how do you read the sub-dials?

Looks like form over function?

Does anyone actually use the Chrono function? I love chronographs, and have 5 of them, but I never actually use them, other than to tell the time

Congrats.

I also just paid for my Zenith EP a few minutes ago. But i bought online from a German grey (unlike OP).

Can hardly wait for it to be shipped.

Congrats. Awesome pics btw.
I also try to support my local ADs if possible, even if that means forgoing a slightly cheaper option from a grey.

Like Zeniths!

I think the OP’s watch looks cool. Chronos are hard to see for those old enough to afford them.

Congrats, Enoch! Nice watch, I am thinking about grey or blue dial as an option for 42 o 38 mm, instead of classic silver with three colors.

I really like the look on a bracelet. You don’t see that very often. Congratulations!
