Gone...

Some of you may know I've been paring down the watch box. Last night I sold my TAG Kirium, since it basically gathers dust 99% of the time. I did pretty good on the price, especially considering what I paid for it and the fact it's six years old.

The best part... the proceeds go into C's university fund.

Sad to see it go (bought it on my honeymoon) but I can't think of a better way to use the proceeds.

It's tough to part with things that have senitmental value, John. But at least it was sacrificed for a good cause.

Thanks guys. I also don't like silly waste, and since I bought my ExpII, the TAG has been worn maybe three dozen times over the past three years. I also sold an old ESQ diver last week, so if I can sell the Raymond Weil, I'll be down to two watches, once the new diver arrives.

I love TAGs and the Kirium is my favorite. Here a couple pics of mine. The Best quartz watches I've ever owned.
