I believe the 15300 is a different white than the 15450 or 15500. More flat white and less silver white. While I petter the 15300 for size, I prefer the silver white of the 15400/15500/15450.

Looks a tad small but then I am a size king when it comes to APs.

Funny thing. From the familiar vantage point of us looking at our own watch it looks great. From a shot at 3 ft or more, everything changes. There's a few nice 15300s for a few K more from good sellers like C&C. I do love the 15450 dial though. Catches every angle of light like a diamond. Is the 15300 dial substantially different in person?

I think she's a keeper. Seems the angle of the photo plays a huge role in how the watch looks. Online, that is. Besides, I'd hate to give up the shimmering dial. To prove a point about distance and angle, here's a relatively small 36 DJ up close and a whopping 45mm Radiomir from afar. Even my 40mm Pepsi seems small in some photos. I think from a certain angle, you're seeing not only the top of the wrist, but some of the side as well making all the watches appear smaller. To wit, the Radio, huge from above, actually looks smaller from the same angle. Trick photography I suppose. Anyway, I'm quite satisfied and will be wearing my new piece proudly. I'd like to thank you all for your opinions. Cheers!

I’m leaning towards a little bit too small but it can be the angle of the photo. I’d stick with your gut though... if you think it’s too small it’s just going to make you think that every time you look at it.

For posterity's sake and those who, like me, roam old threads in search of photos. A few additional views to show how the apparent size varies. Notice how my arm flattens when pressed up against my chest showing a bit of the flexor muscsles of the forearm. It makes my arm appear a tad larger and the watch smaller. The same occurred with every watch I tried. Lug to lug it seems perfect. The white dial may also make the 1540 appear a bit smaller. Next to some of my other smaller and mid-sized pieces, it fits right in from a 36 DJ to a DJ 41. Welcome to the collection, RO!

Looks fine to me. Obviously, it looks smaller if you press your arm against your chest.

15450 size has been discussed many times. Its not the 37 case, which is fine for most. Problem is the tiny dial and dial/bezel ratio. Its just a weird model. All i can say is that if you have doubts or dont like the look from certain angles it will haunt you for ever. I was in the same situation. Just sell it and get a 15300 or 15202.

Too small, maybe the 38mm Chrono or the 39mm Jumbo is the right size for you if the 41 RO is too big.

Looks great. Also I think the lighter dial makes the watches appear larger.

I have a black 41mm 15500 and it looks very similar to your proportionally on my 7" wrist.
