depending on what everyone wants to do i see no issue though in making a day out of it either as there is plenty of watch related stuff in London.

Only just seen the new posts - wish they'd left it in the AP section rather than buried.

I'm open to what others want to do. Clearly people can kind of dip in and out anyway, so if its an early start others can easily join later if not convenient and we can exchange mobile numbers nearer the time.

Didn't you say you'd make a day of it and come down early via train?

I'll be training down from Bedford so could meet you at Kings and we head over to where ever the rest decide to meet?

Its relatively easy for me as I'm only in West London, so I will play it by ear for now. I may either meet up with you guys at KC or later elsewhere. It's a nice area around Kings Cross now its been redeveloped.

Makes sense, nearer the date we can see what time the other guys are free from and either all meet at KC or I guess some can meet there and then the others at a venue or similar.

Not really familiar with all the AP AD's in the city I'm guessing none are really set up to a host some kind of small group gathering?
So maybe worth the more in the know London guys list the places worth visiting?

Well, i would think mayfair is a good place as there are lots of AD's near and quite a few places for food or a pint. Specifically, near Hannover square is pretty good. Kings cross is nice too.

Maybe someone with better connections than me can get us into APSC? In which case mayfair would be ideal.

my only suggestion is we get confirmations from those attending. Specific times and locations then done via PM. Not sure its the best idea to publicly post where we are going to be and at what time considering the hardware everyone will inevitably be wearing. general areas are like kings cross or mayfair is fine IMO.

My thoughts exactly. There's a 90% chance that I'm coming down on the Friday night and staying somewhere very nice that would be an excellent relaxed meeting point and it's an ideal location for all the bling that we're wanting to check out on the Saturday.

In all honesty it sounds like you, Sam, and Ash might be better at organising things.

If Ash is staying down Friday night, as he says that could prove to be a very good initial hook up point and then move en-mass from there.

I did ask Daniel at AP if he could get involved but as it's a Saturday no dice. I may be seeing him this week to pick up a white strap for my RG44 and will ask if there's any customer loyalty enhancing freebies to hand out!

Otherwise ADs to visit, I think Tyler is better versed, but it sounds like AP wise mainly Wempe on Bond St, Selfridges and Harrods. There's also the new big WoS on Regent Street, of course, for non AP brands. All quite close except for Harrods.

Thanks Chris, I'm all up for getting down early and the ball rolling I'm not really up to knowledge on the city though so maybe not the best there.

If Ash is staying over the night before guess the hotel or some where local for breakfast is an idea or again if he's training down like me the morning of I'll be up for a breakfast meet before getting the day underway!

Funnily enough I've been in contact with Aurelija this week and ask if she could speak with Daniel about some possible goodies

No mate I'm based up between Bedford and Milton Keynes (Junction 13 M1)

I'd be bankrupt living in the vicinity of all the watch shops, mind you my wife typically drags me Westfield (White city) couple times a month shopping

Let me mention it to Daniel re something on Friday. The only thing about AP London is although they have a customer room I'm not sure how well they are fixed to see and handle multiple watches. Can but ask!
