Vintage Military Rolex

Hi guys I found this Rolex for sale while browsing, the seller claims its a non runner but did work a few months back, would it be worth buying in this condition, current bid is $250 and also what would guys pay for it maximum, I dont want to over pay.

Depends on how much you like the watch, $300 would be the most I'd spend if you want to keep it around $1000. It's probably cheaper to buy one running

The same reason sellers claim there watches are "unmolested" "Unpolished" all original etc. Makes it easier to sell. Unfortunately there are many false claims made like this on a daily basis.
