Apollo 8 strap ideas

I picked up the Apollo 8 DSOM earlier this month. I love the piece (though it may be slightly big for me), but am looking for strap alternatives to make it more versatile and easier to wear at work. Anyone have it on the black nylon?

I have it on these.

Black black strap

Yellow nato

Personally I prefer the black black cordura to the stock strap but each to their own.

I think omegas black nato will look great also.

Btw, it looks fine on you. It doesn’t wear its 44.25mm to me. I love the size as it’s completely different to everything else I’ve ever owned!

Yes, they chucked it in free when I bought the watch. I use the buckle from the stock strap. It’s about 200 pounds from memory. If you want with ceramic deployant it becomes a lot more expensive.

I put in an order today for the black canvas strap with the black ceramic deployant buckle. They said 2 weeks and I'll post pics when I get them!

Awesome. I’d have liked the deployant, but I have no issues with the buckle. It will look great.

Curious , ive just seen pics. The hands kinda seem to get lost in the dial , hard to see at a glance. Is it the same in person?

No, I find it pretty easy to read if I’m honest but then I wore it for nearly a month straight and got used to it. In normal light I find the hands very visible.

Huge congrats! Love my Apollo 8, but like you, I wouldn't mind getting a nylon strap for summer months with deployant. I'll have to check into that black/black. Thanks and enjoy that beauty. My favorite Omega for looks, size, technology, lume, and of course history of movement.
