Nice article, I actually laughed at several.

I tried on a Hublot once, actually liked it, but I can take a joke. Do the French HAVE military vehicles?

OK, so, write up an E for Rolex owner... I am a former Navy Fighter Pilot, successful (enough) with my civilian aviation and technology career, unsuccessful (very) with women, love Rolex since I bought my first GMT as a present for earning my wings, ... uhm... Like long walks on the beach, watching the sunset.... and...

Sigh.... Well, if you can define THIS Rolex owner I’ll really be interested in reading it.

This is hilarious.
I (inadvertently double) posted this on Jokes and Cartoons thread.

Saw it WUS first.
You could see the different reactions between TRF and WUS.
Now that's also funny.

Cheers

Just reading through the comments, yes, there is much butthurt....don't know which is funnier, the original post, or the broken-hearted comments....

My favourite, anything less than 46mm looks, "girly"....

Great read. I enjoyed it.

Some people are just miserable after reading the comments.

Hamilton: You recently graduated college. You spent hours on the watch forums, debating between this or a Longines. You finally settled on the Jazzmaster/Khaki, though the salesman couldn't tell you anything about it. The highlight of your life was when a random woman on a date said, “nice watch”. You almost married her.

"Citizen: You work for NASA, and your job is to set the clocks on the GPS satellites."

A good friend of mine works at NASA and wears a Citizen!

Hilarious. What’s great is satire is so risky today. Everyone is so prickly.

There's always a little truth in every joke
I found the breitling one true. I've always liked them and have a Navitimer. Pretty funny because I've always wanted to be a pilot.

Could someone explain the Ulysse Nardin one?

Quick and dirty, but here you go:

Garmin: You are subscribed to Men's Health and GQ. Before leaving for work, you lace up your running sneakers and strap on your Forerunner in case you can get a quick run in on the way home. This never happens. Your Bowflex sits quietly in your garage, gleaming and untouched.

Hublot: You are, simply, wrong.

Omega: You are intimately familiar with all 12 Apollo missions. You eagerly anticipate the next James Bond film.

ROLEX ROLEX ROLEX. YOU CAN’T BUY ANYTHING BUT A ROLEX IT’S THE ONLY THING WITH RESALE VALUE. HAVE YOU SEEN MY TWO-TONE SUB WITH THE CYCLOPS? I LIKE IT ‘CAUSE IT HAS WRIST PRESENCE.
