hate to say it but everytime I see the 9411 with that rotten dial condition, it makes me very nervous...

Is the hour hand really as whitish as it appears, or is it due to the lighting?
May have been replaced at some point due to lume loss (falling out.)

Yeh the dial looks funky, but no big deal. "Patina" from age.

Congrats, I love these old Snowflakes. Im always on the lookout for a cheap beater but they are hard to find.

Ya, I have been hunting for years too, the price is steadily rising, so I decided to settle with this one with relumed hour hand, hence a price that I can afford.

maybe I will send it for professional touch-up... or just leave it as it is
