Is this a rare dial?

I have a vintage Rolex that I believe to be around 1946. The dial has indented markers and crown. They sit below the top surface of the dial. I haven’t seen this before but I haven’t seen many from this time period. Just looking to find out more about it. Thank you!

When I get the pictures on here, they are kind of hard to see what I'm talking about. It's hard to get a picture close enough to show the detail.

The markers and the crown are sunk down into the dial.

I'm not very computer literate. Don't really know what that is.

I know what you are talking about and the inlaid crown and hour indices are not rare and were actually quite common. What are the first 3 numbers of the serial number so that we can help you date the watch correctly??
