Explorer has stopped running
I purchased a new Rolex Explorer (ref #214270) in January 2016 and it has stopped running. If I shake it, it will run for a few seconds and then stop. My plan is to take it to my AD for repair, but I wonder if any of you might have an opinion as to what the problem might be. Thanks.

Could be anything from a loose screw to a broken mainspring.

Personally I'd directly send it to RSC.
