Submariner clasp question.

The open the side of my submariner clasp keeps hanging up on things is there a way to fix it I'm enclosed a photo to show what I'm talking about.

It looks to me like you need to remove a link from the bracelet which will allow you to move the micro-adjustment back to the last hole.
