New strap - assolutemente!
Hi guys. I had this strap on order for a few months and finally it's arrived.
Here are some pics for sharing. Sorry but the lighting is not so good so the colors dont come out very true.

Thanks guys. For those who may not know, its called the "assolutemente" strap and its an OEM strap from Panerai. Cost in HKD was $1480 -- approx $190USD. It has a lot of character - ie. if you bend it, it will turn a lighter shade.... so much like the JV strap - I think it will develop a patina over time. Its stiffer than I would prefer - much like the stiffness in the standard calf strap that came with the 000. Also I can't tell what type of leather it is, but feels quite tough despite it suede-like appearance of softness.

Yes. Tapers to 22mm. And yeah, a little stiff like the OEM calf strap.
