Agree, I like both watches.

Start wearing the Jumbo and don't worry about it so much!

If you aren't feeling the watch, thats another story and you should switch it up.

Erm...the same designer -Gerald Genta - designed that "ugly" watch as well . 😆

I would trade for the DD40 Rose Gold with Chocolate Dial.

I had the jumbo as well and felt the same about it scratching very easily, I don't normally mind the scratches, but on the jumbo they were hard to overlook. The jumbo is an amazing watch but if your not wearing it, the DD40 is also an amazing watch...win win.

I like learning something new, so thanks for that.

It's still an ugly-ass watch though. *1

[1] But not as ugly as that Patek model that looks like someone stuck a clock dial on a basketball. That thing is beyond ugly. ;)

So you're not a fan of the genta designs?

Get rid of the AP and get a Nautilus (another Genta design) j/k

I think your current three are all classic sports watches. The DD or DD40 is dressier. If you are looking for more of a "dressier" watch, I'd say for for it!

[1] But, Subtona, my response is also about bringing balance to TRF. Lately, every post announcing the consideration of a new purchase seems to be followed by 50 responses echoing some form of:

"Oh, DUDE! KEWL watch! You NEEEEDZ one of those! Mine says 'Hello'!!!" <insert obligatory wrist-shot here>

So, every once in a while I figure it's only my duty to take one for the team and be the d*ckhead who says "That's an ugly f*cking watch. What're'ya thinking???"

It's a thankless job, but I'm here to help. *2

[2] Stay tuned. I'm working on pissing off every member who owns a Hulk. It's the least I can do. *3

[3] How many smiley emoti-thingys do I put here to show I'm just havin' fun? :) :) :) Is this enough?

Damn. Can't say I love your choice in expensive time pieces but, man, I gotta respect your commitment. ;)
