If the 16800 is in excellent condition with matching patina on the dial and hands, then absolutely. The matte 16800 is way, way less common than the 16710 and very nice examples are getting very hard to find. Early sapphire/matte dial models like the 16800, 16660 and 16750 are very popular with vintage enthusiasts.
