I have this problem with AP ROO 42 mm rose gold!! I buy it Friday with 35000€ and Monday I get back because the watch are defect!
And they send to repair!
So I think don't think they will change you! They repair the watch!
Yes I knoe exactly how you fill when you pay that amount of money and then you are treated like you buy a Sector or Citizen with 200€

New role comes with 5yr warranty and 10yr service interval. Can't think of many other products that offer that type of durability or assurance. That being said I'd be frustrated about a problem after only a couple of months!!

Thank you all again all, I still don't like waiting for it to be repaired. I am not even sure how long I should have to wait for it, it seems odd as in my line of business I would have replaced it and moved on. Makes me think about my next purchase. While a great plan but having an issue in 2.5 months is not ideal.

Right now Rolex is getting a 5 on a scale of. 1-10

if it broke the day of at the ad, then yea, a replacement.

as with anything else, cars, appliances, electronics etc, dont know why they would give you another watch. they'll be stuck with a used watch.

for sure i'll be disappointed too. stuff like this shouldn't happen since rolex prides itself on build and reliability. but things happen. look on the bright side, you'll be getting a like new watch when it returns.

Not in the UK. The law requires they replace it, if you want. And quite right too. Why should customers be the ones inconvenienced when it is the manufacturers fault. Put the rights of paying customers first....
Which is, incidentally, the best way to ensure higher quality.

I own a Rolex 5 days only but I'm very dissapointed how bad the client service and support.
The Panerai has direct phone number and contacts at least. The Rolex leave you to solve your problems face-to-face with AD. Very lame

I have the watch back today! I was a bit surprised to be charged 150.00 for insurance for while the watch was being serviced, this whole transaction has left me a bit sour on the AD and Rolex overall service.

With that in mind it is good to have it back. I may sell and get something else.

Anyone interested ?
