That my friend is a reflection in the mirror. He would have attacked himself like a confused cat upon seeing its image in the mirror...... Unless the sales staff at that shop are in the habit of wearing watches with hang tags....

Lmao. I hadn't spotted that either, I thought it was another punter in the shop.

Perhaps the OP didn't realise either and thought it was the sales assistant mucking about with his watch instead of his own reflection.

There has been some weird threads on here recently.

This sums it up pretty well.
Just to throw some gas on the fire, if you're so offended and about to explode with rage at someone touching your watch, don't be so cowardly next time and just say, "Please don't touch my watch." Add the appropriate scowl at the "invasion" of your space and you'll get the point across politely, (+/- sarcasm, which is my go to and serves as a bit of an IQ check), without any explosions, yet clearly convey that the person is doing something you find uncomfortable and needs to stop now.
Raging silently, complaining to the manager, starting this thread, etc., I don't get that. People can't communicate anymore. Hmmm? Maybe there's an app for that?

This really took me by surprise, as I know the blue one is boutique only and they are notorious across the brands to not being able to offer a discount. Is this just a one-off - have other people been offered this as well? Or is it a sign that the luxury watch market is going soft? As our learned friend archieluxury is saying recently. Btw the discount offered was 10% on black/white and 5% on the blue
Now it's beginning to make sense...

Did he probe dryly or with lubrication?
If the former, perhaps that’s why you’re still squeaking…

Looks like your proctologist is well lubricated!
