If those are the options then I pick BLNR every time.
But if the question is what do I pick for a 1 watch then 116500LN white dial!

I was in my local AD today and they had both the bluesey and the blnr and the bluesey is far and away nicer. No comparison. Go for the bluesey. The pics don't do it justice.

^ Yep totally agree.

Just go to your AD and hold the Bluesy right next to the BLNR. You will choose the Bluesy each and every time.

The beauty of it compared to the BLNR is night and day difference.

Exactly!!!! I love the BLNR but when the Bluesy is on the wrist
it's a different ball game all together....

I agree. I now own both and love both but the bluesy is in a different league.

Sub if it were me. On the other hand surely a decision has been made by now (since April?).

116613LB especially if you have a gold wedding band. The TT compliments very well without the attention of a solid gold watch

I have the BLNR, and will get the Bluesy soon. I love it and my wife loves it too. I think I'll buy her one too.

There are some great pictures in this thread. For me? BLNR. I'm a huge Sub fan, but the Bluesy doesn't do it for me. Now if it was BLNR or YG Sub? I'm lusting after 116618LB - but, even so, that's not an everyday watch.

My daily watch is a no-date Sub. But the BLNR is very nice too. And I do like having a GMT watch when I travel. Just bought a BLNR today, but have other brand GMT watches. So... I'm kinda leaning towards BLNR. Today anyway. :)

Like I said before hold the Bluesy in your left hand, hold the BLNR in the right hand.

Now compare. If you know what beauty is then the Bluesy will win hands down no matter your reasoning. Denial is futile.

Neither. If you can only have one, get a Submariner without date.

I've thought about that many many times ...
I need a date function , without it I'd feel naked .
So at best it would be the 116610LN but it's too
Plain ... That's my dilemma... Not that I don't like it
For me it would be a collection piece just like the
ND Sub C...

I was getting the 2 tone black sub until the seller show me the bluesy... i nv want to put that watch down and i didnt even take a look at the black/ gold sub... the bluesy is that beauty.. The blue ceramic change tones and the sunburst blue dial just dance with u when u tilt the watch under the different lights...

I had a Bluesy, it went in favour of a TT GMT 11, the bezel on the Bluesy looks cheap, certainly in colour.
