Just found you guys!
Hi, just came across this Forum and looking forward to learning more! Sold my '83 TT DJ earlier this year for more than I paid back in '83 so I immediately purchased an F ss/plat Yachtmaster back in August. Now I'm looking for a F/D ss GMT II! I think I've got a "problem" as I now spend most of my time at work/home reading watch forums...
Anyway just wanted to intro myself... |

Welcome to TRF, fuelie. Good to have you here. And as Padi said, we are all infected with that watch viral addiction. Don't go off trying to find a cure. There is none. It's a chronic, degenerative disease. In its most virulent form it manifests itself in a severe shrinkage of the wallet size and thickness.
 Sorry you gave up your '83 TT DJ. That was the first Rolex I bought. I could never sell it (but for that matter, I couldn't sell any of my watches). Here's mine.  Oh and here's my other TT DJ (it's about a '91 model)
