Oyster Bracelet repair review, the Watchdealer
Hi guys.
As some of you know I had a Sea Dweller bracelet that I meant to send to Michael Young in Honk Kong. The bracelet was quite badly stretched. A fellow forum user suggested I'd try a company in the UK instead, to relieve me of customs hassle. So I did. I contacted Seth at thewatchdealer.co.uk, and got first class service from beginning to end. My beloved 16660 bracelet is now back in a wonderful condition!  Looks like new! The whole thing went very quick, I sent the bracelet out on may 12th, and had it back today! Much faster than I had thought. Looks like an excellent job!! How does payment work with this? It is a case of send them pics of your bracelet, they give you a quote and then if you agree you send them it or do you send them it, they do the work then bill you?

He gave me an estimate, after I sent him pics. It was dirt cheap IMHO.

Thanks for your kind words Andreas and I am glad you are happy with our work my friend . We have been doing this type of restoration for a number of years now and we actually promote it more on our other repairs web site, but i do not want to break forum rules and use this for self promotion but we are glad to help!!

Nice to hear about this address in Europe.
I was always reluctant to sent it to MY in HK because of the Customs. The fee is not the problem but with a bit of bad luck they hold it for months. |
