WHITE and BLACK Daytona Ceramic SS owners

I know not too many of you out there in TRF-land that fall into this category but to all the fortunate owners of BOTH the white and black Daytona Ceramic SS timepiece....

1) Is is part of greater collections, if so what are they?

2) Do you leave both on bracelet? Or one on strap and one on bracelet?

3) When do you wear white or black?

4) Part of weekly rotation?

5) one dress or one work or one casual?

Ideally, I just want to get a sense how double Daytona owners utilize the same exact watch just different color!

Thanks everyone for your replies...

Interesting post...I curious for the responses too! I own a white C and couldn't see having a black too personally.

What about the Vegas member, he has like all of the Daytonas. I'd like to hear his response. I'm waiting for white to pair with black so I'll be back. If these jokers would actually take my money

I haven't used TRF in a while, however, to answer the OP's question, my 116500's are part of a larger collection that consists of other brands alongside most of all the modern Rolex references... I have kept them primarily as weekend watches... Here is a pic I took when I still had the stickers on them, the stickers have thus been removed

Well done, Sam! I'm waiting on a black. 116500 White is nearly all I wear now even with a modest collection. Just love it.

I'm sure black would be #2 in the rotation when the call eventually comes.

Finally! A double Daytona ceramic owner comes forward :-) Your Rolex-arm looks awesome!

Do you chose one Daytona over another on the weekend?
Do you keep both of them on the bracelet?

Black and white on bracelet only and part of rotation. Black better suited for daily wear IMHO and white more of a weekend watch. Got the black last June from my AD and got call from AD last week on white after a year wait.

Cool! So you're on a two Daytona rotation?

Black on weekdays and white on weekends?

What a great pair. Well done. Initially I was all about the white but that black looks amazing too.

Looking forward to getting the call on the black one of these years.

No I own more than these 2 and am on a many watch rotation. I think the black better for weekdays though and white for weekends!

Both are part of a larger collection of Daytonas. Both remain on bracelets. I like to mix the two up between casual and dress. The white dial can be dressed down for casual attire, while the black dial can be worn with a suit no problem. I wear all my watches, and rotate them to fit with my attire.

I think you should pick up a Paul Newman and change your name to "Daytona King of LV". Great collection.

Sweet collection of Daytonas! Are all of them on bracelets or do you swap them up with different straps/leather/nato/rubber/etc?

I purchased both from AD, white May 2016/black Oct 2016, and wear both in a large rotation of other watches. I find myself wearing the white more personaly.

For your Daytonas white and black do you keep both on bracelet or do you swap them up with different straps/leather/nato/rubber/etc?

Both kept on original bracelet. These bracelets are just so well made and look so good that I couldn't imagine ever changing straps!
