This appears to be a kind of bastardization of the watch and perhaps an infringement on Rolex's mark and copyrighted dial design. Not keen on the alteration.

If it had a normal leather strap on it or a nice oysterflex bracelet and then took off the "kravtiz design" on the dial and left it just the matte black and gold id wear it. It reminds me of the term resto-modding cars but with watches. Its like putting a new motor and disc brakes on a old vintage car.
