Still in love

I've had my 15202 a couple of months now...
And I'm still as happy as I was day one

I really hope this continues to be the case, because I have flipped thru a lot of watches. But the feel I get from putting it on, staring at, and just owning it is unlike any other

The closest I've got to this level of satisfaction was probably from my first rolex. It was a monumental experience and owning one after coveting for so long, was amazing. Somehow after perhaps working through a dozen or more watches, including some fairly elusive pieces, this one - hits the sweet spot, again...

beautiful watch. I was looking to purchase the YG DD40 but then i stumbled upon the watch you're wearing and now i'm considering between the two. I currently own the SS SubC with date so it makes me think twice about owning another SS watch. What are your thoughts? Do you think i'll regret not getting the AP over the DD in the long run?

Personal feelings
I had the gold rush big time. Couldn't think about anything else. Posted up here with my dilemma

Everyone is different. But I can now see why some rolex need to be solid gold and certain others, tho still steel are competition enough!

Ideally we want them all.... I've had to flip. So I have experienced the options that interested me most in the eventuality of time. Sometimes I've even gone back a step to reacquire something I previously flipped.

Long story short - I'm happier with this over a gold rolex

I think you'll still need your sub, either way... This is a bit too special (as would be the DD) for many activities

this is the correct answer if you want gold

I would still pick a SS 15202 over a DD though.

Completely agree! Lately I've been falling back in love with mine after a period where I really thought about flipping it

A true keeper. If I have to get rid of all my APs and can only keep one, this one will be it.

One of the best and a watch everyone should own in some form. The only thing I hate about it is the stem and crown! It feels so tiny and delicate when winding/changing date. Especially compared to a Rolex!
