I propose we start 'lunch-time' (12.30/1pm-ish?) at The Dickens & hopefully we can bag a decent table outside before it gets too busy.

Unless anyone has anu other thoughts.....??

Just with regards to hotels, there's the Mint Hotel Tower of London which is very close to the GTG - they're doing double rooms for £79 (excluding VAT) if you pay up front. 4 star hotel, looks pretty nice

works for me, when we have the final head count, a possible group booking could be done, split the cost on the Hugh Hefner suite

An overnighter (or 2-3) is a must.

Let me know where you're staying dalip and I'll look nearby. After this gtg neither one of us should still be fit enough to drive.... I assume this is the second of July?

(Thanks Chris! )

I'm gonna book asap & I'd strongly recommend that anyone else intending on staying does likewise.....

I've been doing some more research on it as well, it normally goes for about £350 a night, so to get it at that price is a real steal. Reviews look decent as well - it appears they've sorted out some initial teething problems. It's just a question of whether I stay for the one night or make a weekend of it
